    Culinary:

    1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper.
    2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
    3. Thread shrimp onto skewers and preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • Ingredients:

  • Ingredients:

    • 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeds removed
    • 1 cup quinoa, cooked
    • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 cup corn kernels
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

    Culinary:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
    2. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

    4. Place stuffed bell peppers in the prepared baking dish.
