    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Culinary:

    1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions, let it cool.
    2. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives, and parsley.
    3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    4. Pour dressing over quinoa mixture, toss to combine.
    5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

  3. Easy Black Bean Soup
  4. Ingredients:

    • 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 4 cups vegetable broth
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Culinary:

    1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
    2. Add black beans, vegetable broth, cumin, salt, and pepper, bring to a boil.
    3. Reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes.
    4. Use an immersion blender to puree soup to desired consistency.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

    • Oil for deep-frying

    Culinary:
