  2. Ingredients:

    • 2 ripe avocados
    • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1 lb spaghetti

    Culinary:

    1. Blend avocados, basil, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper until smooth.
    2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
    3. Toss the pasta with the avocado sauce.
    4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  3. Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry
  4. Ingredients:

    • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 2 bell peppers, sliced
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

    Culinary:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp until pink.
    2. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
    3. Add garlic, chili flakes, bell peppers and onions to pan, cook until tender.
    4. Mix soy sauce and honey together and pour over vegetables.
    5. Return shrimp to pan and stir to combine.

  5. Loaded Baked Potato Soup
  6. Ingredients:

    • 4 large potatoes, baked
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
    • 2 cups chicken broth

    Culinary:

    1. Scoop out baked potato flesh and mash.
    2. Add sour cream, cheese, bacon, salt, pepper and green onions, mix well.
    3. Stir in chicken broth until desired consistency is reached.
    4. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    5. Serve hot and enjoy!
