    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Culinary:

    1. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
    2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    1. In a bowl, combine diced mango, diced avocado, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
