- Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating them and overlapping slightly.
- Tear the basil leaves into small pieces and scatter them over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately as a refreshing appetizer or side dish.
- Garlic Butter Shrimp
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.

- Stuffed Bell Peppers
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture, pressing gently to pack it in.
- Place stuffed bell peppers in the prepared baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

- 4 slices bread
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
- Layer mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and basil leaves on top of the bread slice.

- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet.
